The crisp contours and natural stone walls of Villa blend seamlessly into the surrounding rocks and wildflowers. Sandy-coloured sofas are arranged around the grand stone fireplace, with coffee tables sculpted from tree trunks. In the bedrooms, the seaside décor (complete with fishing net lampshades) is livened up with a few bohemian touches: a riot of pastel colours, handcrafted lampshades and ethnic print cushions.

Hop aboard a little sailboat to explore the untamed coastline of Paros. Later on, stretch out by the villa’s private pool or else head up to the rooftop lounge to watch the sun sink into the endless blue sea. For dinner, take the five minute walk down to local taverna Thalassamou on the pebble beach of Piso Aliki. Join the owner for a quick tour of the kitchen before choosing your own fish, freshly-caught that morning, and matching it with a selection of mezze and a glass of ouzo.
